The promoter registered with UP RERA is Trisol Red Developers LLP, part of TRG (Trisol RED Group). The group's Managing Directors are Mr. Pawan Sharma and Mr. Shorab Upadhyay.

The UP RERA registration number is UPRERAPRJ378928/05/2025, registered on 26 May 2025. You can check it yourself on up-rera.in.

The completion date declared to UP RERA is 31 January 2030. The project is under construction. Treat any other date you see elsewhere as unconfirmed unless TRG gives it to you in writing.

The registered site address is Khasra No. 77 MI, Dhundahera, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is near Gaur City and Crossing Republik.

This site is published by the developer. Other sites using the TRG The Mall name are run by brokers or unknown parties, and some say so in their own disclaimers. If a site does not show the RERA number and the developer's contact details below, do not rely on it.

Prices depend on floor, size and frontage, and they change as inventory sells. Ask the sales office for the current price list and payment plan in writing. Price lists circulating on other websites are not issued by TRG.

This site makes no assured-return promise. Where a shop is offered as pre-leased, ask for the lessee's name, lease term, rent, escalation and lock-in in writing before you book. Do not rely on return figures advertised by third parties.
